The shop books and funds a delivery. An eligible Delivery Partner collects the parcel and brings it to the recipient.

Who books?
The shop owner.
What does escrow cover?
The delivery fee, not money paid directly for the item.
Does the recipient need an account?
No account is needed just to receive the parcel.

UNDERSTAND YOUR PAYMENT

Two payments.
Separate release rules.

A successful delivery does not mean every payment is immediately available. Follow the status and deadline on each transaction.

PRODUCT PAYMENT

Buyer → purchase escrow → seller wallet

For funded protected purchases, eligible proceeds reach the seller’s wallet after the inspection period and required release checks.

DELIVERY FEE

Shop → delivery escrow → partner wallet

Delivery earnings follow delivery confirmation, the protection period and the applicable release checks.

A qualifying dispute can hold release for review. A support chat message alone does not open a dispute or pause a deadline.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST JOURNEY

A few useful answers.

Need help with your own order or delivery?

Help & contact
Can I receive a parcel without registering?

Yes. For delivery-only parcels, the shop books the delivery. Follow the tracking and required recipient confirmation steps.

Is money I pay directly to a shop protected?

No. CarryGo purchase protection applies to eligible orders funded through its purchase escrow. A delivery booking alone does not protect a direct product payment.

Who pays to return a faulty or wrong item?

The sender pays the return delivery cost when an item is faulty or different from what was ordered. Report the problem and arrange return instructions through the relevant dispute or support process.
